- Designed and developed the server interface and application components of Elite's Accounts Payable and
General Ledger software - Designed and developed the user interface, functionality, and communication protocols between the Elite
Enterprise Accounts Payable/General Ledger software and the back-end server - Designed and developed Elite's multi-currency functionality including advanced functionality used to track
realized gains and losses and currency revaluations - Designed and developed Elite's global functionality including the operating unit model which provides for
multiple fiscal year-ends, global security, and flexible account structuring. - Designed and developed Elite's interface with the FRx report writer
- Designed and developed the tax based functionality within the Elite financial systems
- As the Director of Development, led the development efforts of Elite Enterprise efforts from 2002-2007,
bringing about stability and reliability across all product platforms including: Billing, AP/GL, Conflicts,
Records and Case Management. Personally oversaw the development and delivery of Enterprise Releases
3.2 - 3.7. - Designed and developed the interface from the Elite Billing system to Elite's General Ledger
- Designed and developed Elite's Bank Reconciliation application
- Led efforts to create sustainable escalation and support policies to advance the care of Elite's customer
base. - Designed and implemented Elite's Beta program which provided firms with early releases of Elite's software
with hands on management of issues by the development organization itself. - Designed and develop Elite's initial entry into the client server technologies with its Elite for Windows
applications. - Successfully converted numerous law-firms to Elite's early character based systems
